Dongmin Kim is the Managing Director of Sincerely, a Crevisse In-company Venture and chair of People and Culture Committee of Crevisse Partners. He is leading the company with the vision of building a successful business and innovating the world at the same time.
Dongmin Kim joined Crevisse Partners as an intern in 2008. Then he started considering doing either business consulting or running a business. He joined Crevisse to take the challenge.
Dongmin was in charge of solution planning at Brictoworks. Then he managed inspire/d, a Crevisse In-company Venture which focuses on the digital and creative service to make it Crevisse Partners' core business. After experiencing business management in inspire/d, he wanted to develop a business in areas with bigger problems with bigger volumes. To do that, Dongmin launched Sincerely, a new Crevisse In-company Venture in 2018. He is currently involved in growing manufacturing, distributing, and shipping business within Crevisse.
Dongmin dreams of a world where a business that pursues both financial growth and impact creation is taken for granted. So he chose to make such a company himself and is now willing to create a company that is meaningful and enjoyable to work for a lifetime.
He is a member of the Crevisse Partners' board of directors and contributed to the branding of Tree Planet and Enlighten as an executive director.
